I wasn't sure what time UB40 was coming on, so I left a message at the box office asking what time they band started, and they called me back to let me know what time the band started. I think it's good to let guests know what time the band comes on because of driving distance, parking, etc. I asked a bartender about upgrading my seat and she walked me to the ticket booth to upgrade my seat. Had a great time at the HOB. I used to go to the HOB on Sunset in Hollywood, years ago!!
